Using AI to generate fake fans is a goofy move, sure. But our mockery makes me wonder which illusions we accept, and which we don't. (This is in no way pro-AI ❤️)
There's more problems to the use of AI than just the disingenuousness it lets people practice. Not only does it literally steal the (past) works of artists, but it is infringing on the possible work opportunities (paid) that artists could get in the future. But that's not all: it's also incredibly detrimental to the environment and is actively negatively impacting the quality of life for so many people who live close to data centers that were erected without any nearby citizens' consent. So I'm glad you've chosen not to use AI thus far, and I really hope you continue to hold out as it is so awful for more reasons than just fabricating "illusions of the truth." But thank you for once again bringing a new perspective to things :)
